  1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order. This only applies within the normal operating hours of Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends for order processing. Limited availability on Saturday for Customer Service Inquiries. 
  2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO SHIP?
    In most cases, we ask for 2-3 business days for processing your order, however, most orders go out the same or next day.
  3. AFTER SHIPPING, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED
    Our goal is to deliver your product within 2-3 business days after shipping, but this can take up to 7-10 business days depending on your location, weather, carrier and other circumstances outside of our control.
  4. WHERE DOES UPPERLIGHT SHIP TO & WHAT ARE THE COST
    Currently, we only ship to the United States but will explore other options in the near future. We do not charge an additional shipping fee for orders placed directly on our website. Shipping cost are included in the price tag you see at checkout.
  5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
    Returns must be made within 30 days after delivery and for legitimate reasons only. You can also request an exchange for another size. Use the Contact Form to start this process.
  6. HOW DO EXCHANGES WORK?
    Before you can have your product exchanged, you must return your original order back to us. Once received we will work towards processing your exchange. Use the Contact Form to start this process.

    Upperlight Apparel is open Monday through Friday with a limited Customer Service presence on Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
